All orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed from Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday (except major holidays). Orders are dispatched from Italy using POSTE ITALIANE
We currently ship to EU & UK, USA, CANADA, JAPAN, and INDIA.
The cost for each shipment is calculated based on the country your order has to be shipped to. During the checkout process, the shipping costs will be automatically added to your order total

For shipping outside the EU, the final check-out price is exempt from VAT (Value Added Tax) and includes shipping and import fees. Eventual additional local taxes not related to customs import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.

The customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Blu Sima, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The destination country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees for orders that are shipped to countries outside the European Union. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. is not responsible for any extra taxes or import tariffs.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
RETURN POLICY
Blu Sima wants to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 10 working days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms below. Blu Sima will not offer refunds before your article has been returned to us. PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL AND INFORM US BEFORE SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEMS.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. Blu Sima reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Items that have any sign of use or wear will be returned to the client.
All authorized returns must originate from the same country as the original shipment.
Blu Sima reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent by the return policy.

Exchanges:
Blu Sima does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.blusima.com to submit a new order for your new items.
Refund:
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted.
Orders paid by Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
